As a healthcare provider, we adhere to the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). Your clinical notes, diagnoses, and treatment plans are stored in encrypted, HIPAA-compliant systems. We do not disclose PHI without your written authorization except for treatment, payment, or healthcare operations.

Personal Identifiers

Name, email, phone number, and mailing address provided via contact forms or intake paperwork.

Electronic Data

IP addresses, browser type, and cookies used to improve site performance and user experience.

Financial Data

Payment details processed securely via SimplePractice/ClientSecure. We do not store raw credit card data.

Clinical Information

Health history, symptoms, and session-related data required for professional therapy services.

4. SMS & Mobile Communication

By providing your phone number, you opt-in to receive appointment reminders and practice updates via SMS. No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes.All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. You may opt-out at any time by texting "STOP".

5. Your Legal Rights
